Profile of Elsie Lee (owner/service provider)

To meet the increasing needs of small businesses for cost-effective and efficient business communications services, i set up ELIX Virtual Management in November 1999 to provide business writing and translation services.

My forte is in writing effective copies for web and print publications. i have written company profiles, website contents, corporate brochures and promotional materials for a diverse group of clients, which include small businesses, entrepreneurs, consultants, manufacturers,  IT companies, association, educational institution and government agency.

With a strong background in financial management, i help clients write realistic business plans, including financial projections. My bilingual capability enables me to help clients write and translate effective business and marketing collaterals targeted at specific groups of audiences, be they English or Chinese speaking. i also provide linguistic screening of brand names for outsourcers (translation or consulting firms) in brand analysis surveys.

Prior to setting up ELIX Virtual Management, i have 17 years of extensive work experience in the banking sector – specializing in treasury functions; and 4 years administrative experience in commercial and non-profit setups.
